Destinology are continually looking for high quality travel consultants. Located in Saddle Brook NJ, just minutes from Route 80 and the Garden State Parkway. Our offices are only a 20 minute drive from Manhattan.

We offer a competitive salary and unlimited commission, but what really sets us apart at Destinology is the working environment. We want all of our valued team members to enjoy coming to work, since you spend almost half of your waking life at work! All new personal travel consultants will undergo intensive training, before receiving any inquiries. Once on the phones you will receive high quality inquiries to luxury travel destinations. Commissions are paid on everything you book on a profit share basis, meaning that you can earn unlimited bonuses.

After approximately 18 months most sales consultants will have enough regular and repeat clients to come away from the call center and focus on their own personal client base. At this point you will be able to earn an increased level of commission.

Experience Needed: at least 2 years in a travel sales position
