All meals are provided in a sociable setting of shared community. Guests can request picnic baskets for days spent out of the resort.

Meerkat Magic: This 2000 hectare nature reserve is run by nature conservationist Grant McIlrath whose documentaries have been screened by the BBC. His aim is to study and protect the animals as they live freely in their natural environment. The wild meerkats are observed by guest parties in their and tours begin shortly before sunrise. No tracking devices are used on the animals. Other animals within the nature reserve include the bat-eared fox, porcupine, aardwolf and aardvark.
