‘Magical, charming and discreet’

Featuring the only free self sustaining white lions in the world, the vast open plains and rugged mountains of the Sanbona Game Reserve just off the Route 62 is one of the country’s biggest attractions. This is also home to the endangered Riverine Rabbit and some amazing wines along the famous Karoo Valley Wine Route. Within the reserve you’ll find an exquisite camp where daily safaris are operated from. Luxury lodges grace the premises ensuring prime facilities and amenities tailored for relaxation and game viewing. All meals are served at the lodge as part of the package price.

In Our Opinion

‘Professional guides ensure your game drives are both safe, exciting and informative. A good range of accommodation types here where families are catered for in a separate lodge with its own designated facilities. Try to catch a glimpse of the elusive and endangered Riverine Rabbit, you may even catch one running away from a cheetah’
