Restaurant at Round Hill
Run by an award-winning executive Chef who seeks to define contemporary Caribbean Cuisine serving a variety of dishes inspired by the bountiful market basket of Jamaica and the cultural influences that have evolved the palate of the region. The Restaurant is situated on a spacious terrace above the main dining area and has been recreated in the original format used until the late 60’s with the emphasis on elegance in design food and service.
Seaside Terrace
The location for casual yet elegant dining for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Dinner is served nightly under the stars and five nights a week guests will be offered an a la carte menu in conjunction with Caribbean specials or a themed buffet such as the Famous Beach Party, Managers Cocktail Party and the Real Jamaica Night with floor show.
Spa Lunches
Noted for its tranquillity and beauty the spa lawns provide the perfect relaxing lunch venue. Guests may choose from a selection of exotic spa inspired dishes plus delicious fruit smoothies or a glass of wine
Bar Food
Menus are available from 11.00 to 16.00 at the beach and pool bar and from 18.00 to 22.00 in the main bar. A children’s menu is served in the bar from 17.00 to 19.00. There is a bar snack menu for lighter fare.

Guests may order from a wide ranging menu in their rooms for breakfast, lunch or dinner, 7 days a week; advanced booking is required.
