Gingko
Seats 250. Main restaurant facing the sea and the pool offering a huge buffet for breakfast whilst for dinner there are a mix of Mediterranean, Mauritian and Asian buffets and gala dinners. Open 07.00 to 10.30 and 19.00 to 22.30.
In accordance with Feng Shui principles there are no corner tables.
La Bastide
Seats 60. Beach Restaurant overlooking the sea appearing to be hanging from the deck of a boat and offering stunning vies of the north isles.The menu offers a mix of Tropical, French and Mediterranean cuisine all enjoyed under huge sunshades. Open 12.30 to 16.00 and 19.30 to 22.30.
Karma House
Seats 50. Overlooking the main pool offering spectacular views of the lagoon; it enjoys a spacious open kitchen from where the chef has created the ‘Trilogy’ menu. This creative option presents guests with a product cooked in three contrasting and imaginative ways. Open 19.30 to 22.30
Abalone
Seats 40. Located on the beach this DIY seafood restaurant offers guests the chance to create their own dish. At lunch time Mauritian favourites and big salads are offered. For romantics there is a table by the sea which is must for honeymooners! Open 19.30 to 22.30.
Grand Bleu
Comfortable Pool Bar serving a variety of light lunches; homemade pancakes served between 4 and 6 each afternoon. The bar serves a selection of local and international beers wines and spirits. Open 12.30 to 18.00 and 21.00 to 01.00.
Spirit Lounge and Bar
Elegant and refined ideal for a quiet drink before or after dinner; a choice of Havanna cigars are always available. Oepn 16.00 tp midnight
Banyan Pool, Grill and Bar
Laid back place under some of the oldest banyan trees on the island and by its own pool, guests may sit at eh bar itself or under parasols on the lawns. Serving both fruit cocktails and alcoholic drinks and a variety of delicious seafood and salads. Open 12.30 to 15.00.
