Central Park is 12 blocks away, offering tennis courts, rowboat rentals, horseback riding, and miles of trails for hiking, biking, running, and in-line skating. Rockefeller Centre's famed skating rink, three blocks west, opens in winter, as does Central Park's Wollman Rink.

The Benjamin Restaurant - Fine-dining 30-seat restaurant. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Dinner choices such as crab cakes, mushroom ragout, filet mignon, braised lamb shank, Asian-flavored pasta.

Emery Lounge Bar - Open from early evening to late night for appetizers and cocktails. Comfortable club chairs with cocktail tables have been added to enhance an intimate seating area.
