Location And Nearby AttractionsAll homes are a short drive from an abundant selection of restaurants and shops and conveniently located from 5 to 30 kms from Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal attraction parks.
From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check-in, will be on your right.
Rooms and SuitesAll standard homes feature: telephone, cable/satellite color tv, central air conditioning and heating, washing and clothes dryer, iron/board, towels and linens. In addition each home features a private pool with a screened-in pool deck with sun lounges and a patio table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy with a 4 range oven, full size refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. Master bedrooms will have a king or queen bed with an adjoining full-bathroom. Additional bedrooms will have either a double bed or twin beds with at least one shared full bathroom. 3 bedroom homes sleep up to 8 people. 4 bedroom homes sleep up to 10 people. 5 bedroom homes sleep up to 12 people. Not all standard homes are equipped with pool heaters; therefore the option of pool heating must be requested at the time of booking.

RemarksCheck in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for your villa you will be asked to supply a credit card as security for your villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to your booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check-out on the day of departure from your accommodation is 10:00 h.
