When a customer makes an inquiry on the website, we collect personal information such as email address, telephone number and name, this is primarily so that we may contact the customer regarding the inquiry. These inquiries are allocated to staff members internally in the company and only that member of staff deals with the individual inquiry. This information is stored on the database behind a secure firewall and is only used by members of staff who need to deal with the inquiry.

When a customer makes a booking on the website, the information they supply is secured against their booking and this is used to make sure that the hotel or flight providers have the correct information about the customer. This information is also used internally to make sure that bookings are correctly made. This information is stored on the database so that we know which customer is associated to which booking. We do not supply personal information to any third parties other than the suppliers of the booking components.

Please also note, we do not store credit card details in our database, this is handled by a third party provider on their secure server.
