• Situated on the Northeast coast of the island
• Clients can take advantage of a 15-minute flight in air-conditioned comfort aboard a 19-seater Vista Liner Twin Otter Aircraft from the George F.L. Charles Airport (SLU). Only people and carry-on bags are accommodated in the helicopter. Luggage is transferred to the resort via ground transport.
• Private executive air-conditioned transfers in a luxury vehicle are available.

Dedicated Butler service
Provided to all Villas,
The butler will stay at your villa from 7am until 3.00pm. He is also available to stay extra hours for babysitting. 
Butler duties include:
• Making Breakfast
• Cleaning
• Polishing
• Washing
• Ironing
• Helping with the children
• Preparing for lunch and evening meal
• Clearing tables

Where villas have separate guest cottages, live in butler services are available at an extra cost. Dedicated butlers have one day off. On that day housekeeping provides a cleaning/ housekeeping service.

• Families will enjoy Cotton Bay Village for many reasons. Self contained accommodation gives you the freedom to attend to family needs, without the restrictions of a hotel.
• You are free to bring along your nanny or our concierge service can provide one for you.
• Some villas come with guest cottages for a nanny, parents or teenage kids. The Humming bird kids club
Established by the local Montessori centre in Saint Lucia. The staff in the centre are trained and certified in Montessori care. The centre is available for children ages 3 to 7; children below this age are welcome once accompanied by a nanny or parent.  There is a 1-10 attendant-child ratio; parents can contact the kids club at any time via their room phone or room cell phone to check up on their children.

The Beach Club 1461
Named for its latitude and longitude is an open-deck beachfront restaurant with casual dining by day and fine dining by night. This is fast becoming St Lucia`s ‘in place’, particularly at the weekends with its all-day brunch and live music.
Casuarina
Features “Heaven” - a roof top garden escape where you can sip champagne and nibble on Sushi. The gates to Heaven open from 10:00 am to 5:00pm so you can float on a light lunch or sip afternoon tea while gazing at the ocean. Render your heart not your garment. The dress code is spa casual. (Robes, etc)
In-Room Dining
If you are having a private function or simply wish to treat your loved one to a private dinner in your villa, the hotel can an arrange for a personal chef to prepare a most exquisite gourmet meal in your own kitchen. With a touch of class, your butler will serve you while you entertain your guest/s and attend to the housekeeping as you wind down.

Available from the full menu at '1461', a butler will not just deliver the food to your door he will lay it out for you wherever you wish to sit and enjoy.

Piano Piano Restaurant & Bar
Piano Piano successfully combines a relaxing Champagne bar with a spectacular restaurant which offers a fascinating fusion of Mediterranean and Caribbean flavours with influences from Morocco, Spain, Greece and Italy. Dishes use organic procuce wherever possible and lend themselves perfectly to vibrant, colourful presentation. Live entertainment adds to the ambience on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings

Casuarina
A luxurious centre of pampering; this state of the art, beautifully interior designed spa, features “Elemis” products and an extraordinary range of treatments. The Casuarina is the only spa in Saint Lucia to feature a Moroccan “Rasul”; a state of the art computerised treatment room. While sitting comfortably in your Rasul chair, you can select various muds and clays for the body treatments of your choice.
The room releases hot steam, which promotes open pores and readies the skin for absorption. This process takes place in semi darkness with only the light from gleaming fibre optic stars and moon. A rain shower then appears from above, to wash away the mud!
Casuarinas’ other jewel is a suite designed for two where you can lose yourself for a day or a half day, a personal masseuse, a private pool and a cave to call your own. It is safe to say that the “Casuarina” spa and fitness centre provides a personalised sensory journey to unite mind, body and spirit, and is a must see!
