The Tropikist Beach Hotel is situated on the leeward side of Tobago, nestled amongst 5 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Tropikist beach is ideally situated along a quiet beach, yet just a short distance from Crown Point International Airport, a short walk away from the popular Store Bay Beach and the calm aqua waters of Pigeon Point, and approximately 10 minutes from the capital of Tobago, Scarborough.

The Tropikist Beach Hotel features 54 guest rooms which comprise of 23 Standard Rooms, 7 Superior Rooms, and 21 Deluxe Rooms. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and feature views over the Caribbean Sea or gardens, Cable TV, direct dial telephone and standard security features. The bathrooms include tub with shower in the superior rooms and shower stalls in the Standard rooms. Shaver outlets, hair dryers, ironing boards, safety deposit box and other amenities are provided in the Deluxe room.

The Tropikist Beach Hotel is a well-maintained hotel which offers a good range of facilties. There are two swimming pools, one which boats a cascasding waterfall and a swim-up pool bar. There is also a jacuzzi, cricket, volleyball, a massage parlour and guests can take advantage of the hotel's non-motorised watersports facilities. The Tropikist Beach also offers Dive lessons at their Dive Centre. There are two dining venues at the hotel, the Bayside Grill and Bar with a swim-up bar and the Sunset Restaurant which overlooks the Caribbean Sea and serves a selection of both local and international dishes. The hotel hosts live evening entertainment and has a disco.
